PEDAGOGICAL AND EDUCATIONAL PROJECT
- Society is changing fast. The answers to the different problems of young people in difficulty must be many and varied. There is not and will never be a universal answer. It is only by multiplying the types of answers that we will bring a beginning of solution.
- A home-based, family-friendly place with managers with experience and training can offer an interesting alternative. Nevertheless, one answer among others, but it is, of course, an additional chance.
- The place of life relais marchois, symbol of openness and hope, it is above all the desire to create a place of life that offers a different welcome. It is a place to give the desire to work, to grow and to become happy and responsible adults.
Because this place, you have defined it. It is an art of living and it does not matter what it is not, since you know that it is a way of living, an encounter with the other in all simplicity, in all subjectivity.
You know that there is no scientific objectivity of human encounter, without artificiality, without artificiality.
Our goals are:

: Bring a safe family atmosphere, offer attentive listening, allow the young person to decompress, to express his sufferings, his expectations, his wishes. Establish with him a permanent bond, based on respect and mutual trust.

: Bring the notions of respect, rules, limits, discipline through everyday life and the realities of family life.
▪ Evaluate
: Their needs, their problems, their capacities, their desires through a permanent dialogue, a mutual exchange. Take stock of their health.
▪ To discover
: To propose several workshops, to allow the discovery of the trades of the craft industry, of the manual trades. To realize different small works to develop the taste of the effort, to discover the pleasure to create, the pride of building.
▪ Establish: An individual project: Accompany the young person in the development of his project, make him aware of his intellectual and manual abilities. Give him all the necessary tools to project himself into the future and the world of work. Seek together answers and propose solutions, in order to establish an individual project in perfect agreement with the young host. Make the choice of an orientation and help to quickly integrate the school or professional adapted.

: Encourage the young person, help him in the gestures of everyday life and ensure his social integration until his exit. Accompany him to his psychological or medical appointments if necessary. Develop a sense of sharing and solidarity in community life. Accept the difference and learn tolerance. Give him all the weapons to become an adult, autonomous and responsible citizen.
